IT Consultant API Integration (Freelance/Project-Based)
We're looking for a tech-savvy IT Consultant to help us bridge our current CS platform (Gorgias) with key ecommerce channels in the Philippines: TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
What success looks like:
- Successfully access relevant APIs from TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
- Recommend best-fit integration paths (custom HTTP, middleware, etc.)
- Help us unify CS channels and track KPIs like First Response Time (FRT) and Resolution Time (RT)
Responsibilities:- Review and retrieve API access for TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada PH stores
- Evaluate feasibility of extracting CS data: FRT, RT, chat histories, ticket tracking
- Recommend integration setup (direct to Gorgias or other scalable 3rd-party platforms)
- Ensure alignment with PH ecommerce data environments
Qualifications:- Proven experience in Web API integrations (RESTful APIs, JSON, tokens, etc.)
- Experience with ecommerce platforms or CRM/CS tools preferred
- Familiarity with platforms like Gorgias, Zapier, Integromat, or similar tools
- Ability to translate tech requirements into practical business solutions
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
