Position Overview
We're looking for a Security Architect who can strengthen our organization's security posture through strong technical expertise and effective stakeholder communication. This role involves assessing current controls, designing and improving security measures, and providing strategic guidance across teams. You'll also help enhance our SIEM/MDR capabilities, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with business and technical leaders to ensure alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and audit existing security controls, tools, and frameworks
- Design and implement new or enhanced security measures
- Provide expert guidance on security architecture and best practices
- Lead the design and optimization of SIEM/MDR solutions
- Conduct risk assessments for infrastructure, applications, and third-party vendors
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the CISO and other leaders on security strategy and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field; preferred in Information Security, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- CISSP certification is highly preferred; other certifications such as Azure Architect, Azure Security, OSCP, OSEP, Security+, ISO 27001, CISM, or CRISC are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and senior stakeholders

- Security Frameworks (ISO 27001/27002/27005, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF)
- Policy and Procedure Development
- Infrastructure and Cloud Security (Azure)
- MDR/SIEM/Log Analytics
- Incident Response and Vulnerability Management
- Penetration Testing and Technical Security Reviews
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Disaster Recovery Planning
Other Details
- CISSP certification highly preferred
