Job Title: Infor IDM Consultant
Location: Taguig City (Hybrid 23 days onsite/week)
Commutable from Makati, Pasig and other nearby NCR locations.
Work Schedule: EMEA / Mid-shift (with possible on-call support)
Salary: Up to Php 150,000/ monthly
Experience Level: 35 years

Key Responsibilities
As an Infor IDM Consultant, you will:
Design, configure, and implement Infor IDM solutions based on business requirements
Build and manage document templates, workflows, and metadata structures
Configure security roles, access controls, and document classifications
Integrate IDM with Infor M3, Infor CloudSuite, LN, and other ERP modules
Work with Infor OS, ION, and related integration tools to ensure data flow and automation
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Support upgrades, enhancements, and cloud migration initiatives involving IDM
Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end ERP and document solutions
Core Requirements (Must-Have)
To be successful in this role, you must have:
35 years of hands-on experience with Infor IDM in implementation, support, or consulting roles
Strong working knowledge of the Infor OS platform and its integration with IDM
Proven experience in:
-Document template and workflow design
-Metadata management and indexing
Security and access configuration
ERP integrations (Infor M3, CloudSuite, LN, or similar)
-Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
-Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing abilities
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
-Willingness to work hybrid (23 days onsite) in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule
-Nice to Have (Preferred)
-Experience with Infor ION and Ming.le
-Exposure to cloud migration projects involving IDM
-Familiarity with other output/document solutions such as OpenText Exstream
