What You'll Do:
- Analyse KOLs: know how to analyse KOL accounts, what style they are, what product to promote.
- Content Idea: create Briefs together with managers or influencers based on their account style and product.
- Draft Revision and Push post: Give Revision to KOL draft and push KOL to post video before deadline
- Owning Content: Collaborate with KOLs to develop and manage content that enhances our brand presence.
- Tracking Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Strong knowledge of Online platforms like TikTok, Meta/Facebook and Instagram and their role in marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building influencer relationships.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is generally required.
- At least 1 year experience in influencer marketing, and or other relevant experiences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and driving business development.
- Ability to develop and implement long-term business development strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
