Influencer Marketing Specialist

AppsForBharat is building a commerce-led brand and expanding it through influencer-driven growth. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to manage and scale influencer partnerships across key markets.

This is an in-house role focused on working with external influencers to drive engagement and growth. This is not an influencer or creator role

Skills & Qualification

• 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing
• Prior experience in a D2C or commerce brand preferred
• Strong understanding of influencer platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and campaigns
• Basic understanding of influencer metrics and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist influencers based on campaign goals and target audiences
• Onboard influencers for campaigns and long-term partnerships
• Manage influencer briefs, timelines, deliverables, and coordination
• Coordinate influencer ad operations with internal teams
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and campaign requirements
• Track influencer campaign performance and share post-campaign insights
• Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
