Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit relevant influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns including negotiation, briefing, execution, and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI using tracking tools and analytics.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, PR, digital) to align influencer content with broader marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on influencer trends, new platforms, and emerging creators.
• Manage influencer budgets and ensure cost-effective collaborations.
• Track deliverables and ensure timelines are met.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools (e.g., Upfluence, GRIN, AspireIQ, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media and pop culture.

Preferred:

• Experience working with brands in [industry, e.g., fashion, beauty, tech, etc.].
• Prior relationships with influencers or talent agencies.
• Proficiency in using campaign tracking tools and social analytics.
