Supports influencer marketing operations by managing admin workflows, tracking creator deliverables, conducting QA checks on content, coordinating timelines, handling payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate campaign trackers across multiple brands.
Job description:
- Manage influencer admin workflows across multiple brands
- Track creator profiling, content deliverables, and deadlines
- Conduct QA checks on influencer videos before submission
- Follow up with creators for drafts, finals, receipts, and insights
- Handle payment requests and monitor payment status
- Collect and validate campaign insights and performance data
- Coordinate with brands regarding timelines, approvals, and boosting
- Maintain accurate campaign trackers and documentation
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple campaigns at once
- Familiar with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Instagram & TikTok insights
- Proactive, reliable, and deadline-driven
Nice to Have
- Experience working with UGC or conversion-based campaigns
- Familiarity with creator management tools or CRMs
