We are looking for a detail-oriented Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Assistant to help scale our brand partnerships. In this role, you won't just be finding influencers, you'll be the engine behind our growth, identifying high-alignment partners, managing the outreach pipeline, and ensuring our brand mission is reflected in every piece of content.
Compensation & Perks
Salary: Starts at $7/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

Want to learn more about the core responsibilities
- Build lists of qualified affiliates/influencers based on client parameters such as number of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.
- Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting.
- Templated outreach and coordination. This is mostly email, but must have the ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed.
- Manage outreach, administrative, or data entry touch-points
- Escalating issues when appropriate regarding affiliates or influencers contract negotiation and/or deliverables
- Facilitation of contract closing.
- Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so affiliates/influencers can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
- Quality check on ongoing campaigns, and review if the content posted is within the guidelines.
Here's our ideal candidate:
- 2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency level in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
