Job Description
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering course.
Must have at least one (1) year working experience in Industrial Engineering applications,
preferably in manufacturing and logistics set-up
Must be keen to details, can handle work pressure (especially those related to job), and can
work with people from various functional areas.
Must be able to accomplish work responsibilities with minimum supervision
Must have strong communication skills
Analytical and system oriented.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible in the analysis and improvement of production processes which aims to improve
efficiency of operations at a minimal cost
Analyze, review data and generate manufacturing standards.
Document and evaluate all results/data in the implemented projects and processes
Develop and achieve departmental/company goals and controls. Make suggestions for
improvement in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality and productivity
Monitors project's progress to ensure it follows the timeline.
Plan, manage and monitor production schedule to ensure 100% on-time delivery of customer
orders
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
