This position is responsible for leading and supporting overall small package operations at CRK HUB in an efficient and effective manner, while meeting customer demands across various operational areas.
The role requires proactive contribution to the team, a strong commitment to team development, and active support of overall departmental objectives.
The incumbent will analyze and respond to operational requests, resolve operational and cross-functional issues, and ensure that customer demand and service requirements are consistently met.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in logistics, operations, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
Proficiency in English is mandated.
Strong analytical and numerical skills mandated.
Proven problem-solving abilities preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, experience with Access and Power BI mandated.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines mandated.
