Job Description
- Coordinate for improvement of planning efficiency for Hub cost, productivity and on-time performance
- Hub service initiative& cost plan; Hub planning worksheet maintenance, holiday plan and volume projection
- Set up procedure, KPI; Work with cross function for procedure and initiative deployment
- Coordinate with APAC Air group and foreign gateways
- Work with Air, Brokage and region partner to set up procedure to improve Hub operation performance
- Hub MOP development and maintenance, data flow maintenance and update
- Plan and regularly revisit Air operations and Hub Sort staffing
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- 2 - 3 years of industrial engineering-related experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with work measurement, process improvement, and operations research.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling (e.g., ROI, IRR).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise staff and collaborate with various teams.
- Ability to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with distribution environments is beneficial.
