Job Description

Coordinate for improvement of planning efficiency for Hub cost, productivity and on-time performance
Hub service initiative& cost plan; Hub planning worksheet maintenance, holiday plan and volume projection
Set up procedure, KPI; Work with cross function for procedure and initiative deployment
Coordinate with APAC Air group and foreign gateways
Work with Air, Brokage and region partner to set up procedure to improve Hub operation performance
Hub MOP development and maintenance, data flow maintenance and update
Plan and regularly revisit Air operations and Hub Sort staffing

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree in Industrial Engineering
2 - 3 years of industrial engineering-related experience preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with work measurement, process improvement, and operations research.
Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling (e.g., ROI, IRR).
Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise staff and collaborate with various teams.
Ability to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and present findings to stakeholders.
Familiarity with distribution environments is beneficial.
