Job Description

  • Coordinate for improvement of planning efficiency for Hub cost, productivity and on-time performance
  • Hub service initiative& cost plan; Hub planning worksheet maintenance, holiday plan and volume projection
  • Set up procedure, KPI; Work with cross function for procedure and initiative deployment
  • Coordinate with APAC Air group and foreign gateways
  • Work with Air, Brokage and region partner to set up procedure to improve Hub operation performance
  • Hub MOP development and maintenance, data flow maintenance and update
  • Plan and regularly revisit Air operations and Hub Sort staffing

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 2 - 3 years of industrial engineering-related experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with work measurement, process improvement, and operations research.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling (e.g., ROI, IRR).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise staff and collaborate with various teams.
  • Ability to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with distribution environments is beneficial.
