We are looking for our ultimate Numbers Person for Manufacturing to anchor our planning and continuous improvement strategies in Valenzuela!
Work Location: Brgy. Bagbaguin, Valenzuela City
Your Primary Mission
Determine what can realistically be produced, when it can be produced, and what resources are required while continuously improving overall factory productivity.
What You Will Do
Master the Schedule: Develop the master production schedule and convert deadlines into backward production timelines.
Run the Numbers: Conduct time-and-motion studies, establish standard man-hours, and measure actual vs. standard production hours.
Map Capacity & Load: Determine machine and manpower capacity, calculate factory loading, and create weekly/monthly capacity forecasts.
Optimize the Flow: Analyze downtime, overtime, rework, and waste. Improve factory layout, material flow, and implement Lean/5S initiatives.
Build Dashboards: Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and develop production dashboards to provide management with independent performance data.
Collaborate on Recovery: Work hand-in-hand with the Production Manager to simulate and execute recovery scenarios when lines lag.
What We Are Looking For
Must-Haves
Education: BS Industrial Engineering graduate.
Core Expertise: Solid experience in production planning, capacity planning, and time-and-motion studies.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and KPI/dashboard development.
Methodologies: Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, process mapping, and root-cause analysis.
Strong Advantages
Experience with Power BI and ERP/MRP systems.
Ability to interpret basic manufacturing drawings via AutoCAD.
Background in sheet-metal manufacturing.
Experience in a Job-Shop / High-Mix, Low-Volume manufacturing environment.
