- Measure actual vs standard production hours.
- Determine machine capacity.
- Determine manpower capacity.
- Calculate factory loading.
- Forecast production bottlenecks.
- Create weekly/monthly capacity forecasts.
- Establish standard production lead times.
- Monitor WIP.
- Develop production dashboards.
