About the job
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Engineer based in Taguig. The Industrial Engineer focuses on analyzing and improving current operations, enhancing process efficiency, managing costing studies. The Industrial Engineer will play a key role in streamlining workflows, and ensuring that production processes meet quality and cost standards.
What will you do:
- You will collaborate closely with management, production staff, and external stakeholders to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze existing production processes, schedules, specifications, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process improvements and technological upgrades to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain production and design standards in coordination with management and end users
- Design control systems to minimize production issues, inefficiencies, and operational costs
- Prepare material and equipment lists, feasibility studies, analyses, and cost estimates
- Conduct costing studies and support cost-related analyses and decision-making
- Design facility layouts and assess manpower and personnel requirements
- Create and maintain documented procedures, work instructions, and operational manuals
- Coordinate with clients procurement and engineering teams to align production, specifications, and project requirements
- Ensure products and processes comply with established quality standards
- Support and handle government-related documentation and regulatory requirements for factory operations
- Collaborate with organizational leaders and production teams to support continuous improvement initiative
Qualifications
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Food Industry
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills
- Knowledge of costing, production planning, and operational analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Willingness to learn regulatory and government-related documentation processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
