Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Industrial Engineering expertise
• Strong Communication abilities
• Experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance/Accounting Business Process Documentation/Improvement preferred
• Proven background in Process Improvement
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt are beneficial
