We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, creating product prototypes, and ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and may involve site visits to support project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts, sketches, and 3D models for products and projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct research on materials, trends, and manufacturing processes
- Revise designs based on feedback, technical requirements, and budget constraints
- Visit project sites as needed to support design implementation and coordination
- Ensure all designs meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in industrial design
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision
Other Requirements
- Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City
- Willing to be assigned to project sites when required
- Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge in materials selection and manufacturing processes
- Experience in prototyping and model-making
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
