- Source and track industrial acquisition opportunities through strategic broker and owner outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sellers, and market intermediaries to expand deal flow
- Screen deals and conduct preliminary property evaluations to identify viable investment opportunities
- Coordinate comprehensive due diligence activities across internal teams including underwriting, legal, finance, and asset management
- Manage acquisition pipeline and timelines using CRM systems while ensuring consistent communication across all active deals
Requirements
- 35 years of documented experience in industrial real estate acquisitions
- Strong, working knowledge of Bay Area industrial market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Ability to draft clear, professional correspondence with minimal grammatical or communication errors
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and standard business productivity tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple acquisition opportunities simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate transaction processes and deal flow management
- Ability to independently coordinate cross-functional due diligence across underwriting, legal, finance, and asset management teams
- Experience preparing detailed deal summaries and complete acquisition documentation
