ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Subject Matter Expertise on overall Enstack features for the sellers

Responsible for the seamless onboarding of new sellers assigned to them

Responsible for nurturing relationships with new sign-up sellers and helping them leverage Enstack for their business.

Achieve communicated daily, weekly, and monthly metric goals but not limited to the number of sellers contacted, sales, and transactions over a period of time

Respond to inbound/outbound inquiries via call, chat, and email of sellers and liaise with the internal team for any escalation and resolution

Track, monitor, and evaluate the activities of sellers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Agile quick-learner with a go-getter attitude; able to proactively learn on the job and is comfortable multi-tasking

Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management

Time and account management skills are preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Works well under pressure

Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

E-commerce experience is a plus

Familiarity with GSuite

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Telesales, customer service and/or collections background is a plus
