Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Incident Management Support professional to assist in monitoring, managing, and resolving network incidents within a telecommunications environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Incident Management within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong understanding of telecom networks (Transmission, Transport, Wireless, and IP systems)
  • Experience using Network Monitoring Tools such as: SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Netcool, PRTG.
  • Experience using ticketing or case management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents
  • Willing to work rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage network incidents
  • Perform incident triage, escalation, and coordination
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Work closely with NOC, SOC, and Field Operations teams
  • Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
