Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Incident Management Support professional to assist in monitoring, managing, and resolving network incidents within a telecommunications environment.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Incident Management within the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of telecom networks (Transmission, Transport, Wireless, and IP systems)
- Experience using Network Monitoring Tools such as: SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Netcool, PRTG.
- Experience using ticketing or case management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and Microsoft Teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents
- Willing to work rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage network incidents
- Perform incident triage, escalation, and coordination
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Work closely with NOC, SOC, and Field Operations teams
- Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
