Inbound Warehouse Supervisor - SCommerce (Ibaan, Batangas)

Job Description:

• Monitor the inbound workflow, promptly report operational anomalies, and implement preventive measures to mitigate operational risks.
• Develop contingency plans for bulk arrivals and mass inbound shipments; optimize the allocation of personnel and equipment to maintain efficiency during peak periods.
• Implement and refine warehouse management policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow standards to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure inbound operational tasks are completed on schedule and meet established KPI targets.
• Lead inbound team building initiatives and establish a talent pipeline through training and mentorship.
• Manage and control costs across all inbound stages to minimize overall receiving operational expenses.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above; major in Logistics Management or related fields is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Proficient in e-commerce warehouse operations and experienced in using WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
• Strong awareness of data accuracy with a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Advanced user of MS Excel and other office software; possesses solid data processing and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly responsible with strong execution skills; able to complete inventory audits and variance resolution on schedule.
• Proven experience in managing teams of 50+ personnel.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred
• Willing to be assigned to Ibaan, Batangas.
