Inbound Warehouse Supervisor - Scommerce (Ibaan, Batangas)

- Daily Operations Management: Plan daily inbound operations, allocate manpower, control progress, and oversee on-site execution to ensure smooth receiving processes.

- Exception Monitoring: Monitor the inbound workflow, promptly report operational anomalies, and implement preventive measures to mitigate operational risks.

- Peak Volume Handling: Develop contingency plans for bulk arrivals and mass inbound shipments optimize the allocation of personnel and equipment to maintain efficiency during peak periods.

- Process Optimization: Implement and refine warehouse management policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow standards to boost productivity and reduce costs.

- KPI Achievement: Ensure inbound operational tasks are completed on schedule and meet established KPI targets.

- Team Development: Lead inbound team building initiatives and establish a talent pipeline through training and mentorship.

- Cost Control: Manage and control costs across all inbound stages to minimize overall receiving operational expenses.

- Education: Associate degree or above major in Logistics Management or related fields is preferred.

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in e-commerce warehouse operations and experienced in using WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.

- Work Ethic: Strong awareness of data accuracy with a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to work.

- Software Proficiency: Advanced user of MS Excel and other office software possesses solid data processing and analysis skills.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Execution: Highly responsible with strong execution skills able to complete inventory audits and variance resolution on schedule.

- Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams of 50+ personnel.

- Language: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred.
