WFO - Work-From-Office is a setup based in Angeles//Cebu/Mabalacat/Makati/Ortigas
We're looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hybrid role that blends customer engagement with analytical vehicle underwriting. This position is the front line of support for new loan inquiries and plays a critical role in helping our customers secure Cash Advance or Title Loanswhile also assisting our store teams with accurate vehicle assessments.
Lead Contact Center Duties
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads who apply online for loans via our website.
- Contact customers promptly, answer questions, and walk them through required documents and next steps.
- Handle live SMS chats and phone calls through our CRM and call center software.
- Set store appointments by initiating warm three-way transfers to store agents and logging appointment details.
- Maintain detailed CRM records, noting customer loan requests, appointment times, and any special needs.
- Act as a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact to create a great first impression of our brand.
Vehicle Underwriting Duties
- Review submitted videos and images of vehicles from store teams for Title Loan applications.
- Evaluate vehicles based on condition: dents, damage, missing parts, paint, seats, dashboards, and engine sound.
- Assign a vehicle grade (A, B, or C) based on overall condition:
- A Grade = Excellent condition, clean and well-kept
- B Grade = Normal wear and tear, moderate damage
- C Grade = Noticeable or significant damage
- Use vehicle valuation tools to determine market value based on condition.
- Communicate approved value back to store teams clearly and efficiently.
Qualification And Requirements
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skillS
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess information visually and audibly
- CRM experience (preferred)
- prior call center or customer service experience (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of vehicles or interest in learning
- A service-first mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
