To Assist the IMS Manager in developing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the Organizations Integrated Management System (IMS).
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, supports IMS Internal Audit, and promotes culture of quality, safety, and environmental stewardship across the Organization.
Responsibilities
Interpret data, analyze and evaluate results using statistical techniques and graphical representations (e.g. PMM, CSS result)
Assist IMS Manager with planning programs and activities for IMS.
Ensure timely issuance of non-conformity as needed.
Ensure alignment and integration of ISO standards across all business processes.
Monitor compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits for all IMS standards.
Maintain audit records and compliance documentations.
Support development and review of risk assessments related to quality, environment, and safety.
Monitor effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.
Track IMS KPIs, objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with departments to implement improvement initiatives
Prepare presentation materials and facilitate the IMS core group committee meetings, management review, internal audit(s) and external audit(s).
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
BS Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety / Quality Management or a related field
At least 2-years experience in ISO Management System
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2018 and ISO 45001:208 Regulatory Standards/Requirements is a must
IMS Lead Auditor Training and experience is an advantage but not required
Excellent communication and training skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple task
Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications.
