About the Role

The Client Success - Renewables plays a critical role in enabling the integrity and scalability of renewable energy markets by ensuring accurate certification, compliance, and seamless client delivery. This position directly supports the participation of clean energy systems in regulated programs, contributing to real-world sustainability outcomes. Job Snapshot

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in the client's time zone), Consecutive days off

Work Setup: Onsite, Makati

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume client service environment
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage ad hoc responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF tools
  • Strong written communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in the client's time zone

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of SREC, REC, AEC, and other renewable energy markets across assigned U.S. states
  • Learn and apply state solar and renewable energy certification rules and procedures
  • Understand Managed Solutions services for system owners and solar installers or project developers
  • Process renewable energy project applications with accuracy and timeliness
  • Review application materials and coordinate with clients and partners for missing information
  • Support the state certification process for solar and renewable systems
  • Coordinate registration of certified systems in appropriate tracking registries
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional client service via email
  • Assist in new client onboarding and explain application processes and services
  • Guide clients in using and managing their online accounts
  • Resolve client and partner inquiries related to applications, account setup, account status, and transactions
