Import/Export Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee and manage all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with Philippine customs regulations and other relevant laws.

Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Prepare and process import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.

• Manage the inventory of imported and exported goods, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with import/export policies and procedures.

• Liaise with internal departments, such as procurement and project management, to coordinate logistics and support construction project timelines.

Provide training and guidance to staff on import/export procedures and compliance requirements.

• Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and industry best practices.

• JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Customs Broker License is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on importation and exportation, forwarding, brokerage, logistics, or supply chain management.

• Preferably experienced in importation, brokerage, construction, or shipping companies.

Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge in INCOTERMS (Philippines Importations Laws).

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. With minimum restriction 1,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
