Job Description

The Implementations Analyst will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing recruitment workflows, system integrations, and data processes across PSG's HR technology ecosystem. This role ensures seamless integration between HRIS (e.g., Workday), ATS/CRM platforms, and sourcing channels while driving automation, analytics, and candidate experience improvements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementations, Sourcing, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, data-driven recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize recruitment workflows integrated with HRIS
  • Support global QA and deployment documentation.
  • Ensure accurate data flow and a consistent candidate experience
  • Document workflows and support ongoing releases
  • Configure email/SMS messaging aligned with Anna AI calls Partner with Product and regional teams to improve workflows and messaging
  • Support A/B testing to boost engagement and completion rates
  • Help standardize sourcing taxonomies (sources, sub-sources, campaigns) and reporting definitions across PSG and local Operations so performance can compare systems globally.
  • Analyze performance by channel, campaign, and geography (e.g., cost per lead, conversion by stage, time-to-contact) and recommend experiments to improve quality and volume.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 35 years of experience in implementation, HR systems, workflow configuration, process optimization, or technical operations in recruitment.
  • Experience with automation design, RPA, or conversational design (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, CRM tools, or recruitment technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CPL, time-to-contact) and translate insights into process improvements.
  • Ability to manage QA testing, validate data flows, and ensure deployment accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with global, crossfunctional, and remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, adjust to shifting priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort configuring system messaging (email, SMS, chatbot flows) and understanding logicbased triggers.
  • Amenable to working flexible shifts in a remote-first setup.
