Infinit-O is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the onboarding and implementation of new private capital clients across private equity, private credit, and family office structures. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing the operational setup of new clients within our accounting platform, including entity configuration, historical data migration, and reporting setup. The Implementation Specialist works closely with client service teams to ensure a smooth and accurate transition into system, process and operational model.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of new client engagements for private equity funds, private credit funds, and family office structures

• Configure legal entities, investment vehicles, investors, and capital structures within accounting systems

• Manage historical data conversion and loading, including capital activity, investment transactions, and portfolio data

• Validate data integrity and perform reconciliation checks during onboarding

• Configure and test standard and customized client reporting packages

• Support transition from implementation to ongoing client service teams

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or financial data implementation

• Experience with private equity, private credit, or alternative investment structures

• Strong understanding of fund structures, capital calls, distributions, and investment lifecycle

• Experience with fund accounting or portfolio reporting systems (e.g., Investran, Allvue, eFront, Geneva, or similar)

• Strong data management and reconciliation skills

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
