Job Description

The Implementation Manager / Transitions Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end transition and implementation of new programs, clients, or processes into operations. This role ensures seamless migration from sales/solutioning to delivery by managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and governance frameworks while maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience.

The role works cross-functionally with Operations, Workforce Management, HR, IT, Finance, and Client stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and stabilization.

Experience

  • 7–12+ years of experience in Transition Management, Implementation, Project Management, or Operations within BPO/shared services/consulting
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex transitions or program implementations
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple geographies
