Prepare various letters to support foreign national (FN) population, including visa letters, initial travel letters, PERM previous experience letters, ad hoc experience letters (loans, leases, family visas, etc.), and end-client letters.
Correspond with FNs to collect and log visas and I-94s for FN and accompanying family members.
Organize, track, and manage the entire travel lifecycle for foreign nationals currently in the United States: ensure travel is calendared; issue travel/visa letter a week before departure; follow up after return to collect I-94s; log I-94s; and escalate if any discrepancies.
Initiate IGH nurse cases by creating initial case file, sending welcome email to nurse, updating log/AT, and notifying outside counsel.
Serve as in-country POC for IGH nurses and act as liaison between FN, law firm, and US immigration team, handling or escalating immigration issues that are presented.
Support PERM recruitment efforts by organizing recruitment in iCims, downloading CVs to shared file, and updating recruitment tracker.
Support back-end annual lottery efforts by updating payroll/tax/I-9 team as cases are approved to ensure I-9s are updated, FICA starts to be withheld, and fees are recovered from spread.
