About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. The engineer will be responsible for managing IAM operations along with multiple intersecting domains including System Administration, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Audit & Compliance, and Security Analytics.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience, the ability to work independently, and a solid foundational understanding of cybersecurity and identity security principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Identity Access Management tasks including:
  • User provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Access certifications
  • Role and policy management
  • Authentication and authorization workflows
  • Maintain and administer Identity Governance systems and operational processes.
  • Provide system administration support for relevant IT infrastructure components.
  • Conduct periodic audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • Document audit responses, remediation actions, and compliance evidence.
  • Generate analytical reports and dashboards to support governance and decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot identity, access, and system-related issues with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's security posture and streamline identity operations.
  • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices across systems and services.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 45 years of experience in:
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • System Administration
  • Audit & Compliance
  • Security analytics and reporting
  • Solid understanding of IAM protocols and concepts (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, SCIM).
  • Hands-on experience with IGA/IAM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Analytical capability to interpret data and create governance insights.
  • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates should have any of the following, or complete related training with strong subject knowledge:

  • Microsoft SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • CIAM Certification
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Equivalent cybersecurity or IAM-focused certifications
