Job Purpose
Treasury Operations Analyst
- Weekly Foreign Payments Processing
- Extract weekly lists of vendor invoices scheduled for payment from the financial system.
- Review and clean up the payment list by excluding items with payment blocks, items that are part of special finance arrangements (e.g., SF), or those requiring additional validation.
- Input and validate required payment details such as RGI codes, OA reference numbers, and other relevant information needed for processing.
- Vendor Communication and Documentation
- Prepare and send payment extension letters to vendors where required.
- Coordinate with vendors to clarify paymentrelated queries and ensure smooth communication flow.
- Creation of ATPs (Authority to Pay)
- Prepare and validate ATP documents for approval.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation before submission.
- Reporting and Consolidation
- Update consolidated files related to foreign payments, including hedge requests, payment trackers, and master consolidation files.
- Prepare weekly submissions to relevant teams and ensure accuracy and completeness of all reports.
Fixed Assets Operations Analyst
- Fixed Assets Monitoring every Week 1
- Perform SL/GL reconciliation, including documentation of parameters and SAP GL balance screenshots.
- Pivot FAR tables and prepare data inputs for monthly CapEx Governance decks.
- Maintain separate tabs for:
- Write-off provisions
- Disposal assets
- Update FAR data based on:
- FA verification results
- Write-down review
- Additional updates from asset owners after sign-off
- Fixed Asset Verification every Quarter 1
- CAPEX Governance Deck Preparation every 10th of the month
- Preparation of BIR Form 2307 Quarterly
- Submission of PSA report monthly (Monthly Integrated Survey of Selected Industries)
Other Responsibilities
- Provide support in finance operations, reporting, analysis, and process improvements as needed.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support overall finance and supply chain requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Working knowledge of SAP and understanding of key finance and supply chain processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and challenge variances. Effective communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
