I'm looking for a Full-Time Executive Assistant (Philippines-Based)

We're growing fast and looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Executive Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity supporting U.S.-based clients and we're looking for someone who truly wants to be part of our family.

What you'll do:

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
• Handle email inboxes, follow-ups, and reminders
• Assist with light project management and task coordination
• Maintain documentation and organize files
• Communicate clearly with U.S.-based clients in fluent English
• Jump in and help with special tasks as needed

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Video editing tools (like CapCut, Canva, Descript, or Adobe)
• CRM platforms (like Go High Level, HubSpot, or Salesforce)
• Project management tools (like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Notion)

What we're looking for:

• Based in the Philippines
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• At least 12 years of experience as a virtual executive assistant
• Has worked with U.S.-based clients and understands American business culture
• Has maintained a long-term client relationship (1+ years with the same client is ideal)
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly reliable
• Available to work full-time during U.S. business hours
• Fast internet connection and a distraction-free workspace

Compensation:

$46 USD per hour, depending on experience.
