Description
We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Technician with knowledge of battery systems and experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. The technician will be responsible for installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment and battery systems. The role requires the ability to work both remotely and onsite, depending on operational needs.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of battery systems and related equipment.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Perform onsite service visits for inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation and safety standards.
- Assist with system testing, commissioning, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical concerns.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry regulations during all service activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience working with battery systems, power systems, or energy storage is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to perform onsite technical support and field service work.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for onsite assignments when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with lithium-ion batteries, UPS systems, or energy storage solutions.
- Familiarity with multimeters, diagnostic tools, and testing equipment.
- Basic understanding of safety standards for electrical systems.
