General Virtual Assistant - Full Time (MID) to start immediately
Industry: Recruiting / Talent Acquisition (HubSpot ecosystem)
Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST
Estimated start date: TBA
Tasks:
Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones ( 10 to 20 interview schedules per week)
Prepare and manage onboarding items for new clients
Conduct and track reference checks and background checks
Support sales operations through research and task documentation
Create and manage R2B2 tasks ( screening clicks to the website)
- when an alert hits slack, check the page to views to determine the visitor's intent
Maintain internal data sheets and program metrics
Assign risk levels to alerts and prepare follow-ups
Tools:
ATS / Scheduling tools (not specified)
Internal data tracking tools (spreadsheets, dashboards)
HubSpot ecosystem tools (implied)
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
