Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Workforce Administration Specialist to join our Workforce Administration (WFA) team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management of employee data, maintaining strict compliance with local governmental requirements, and supporting efficient benefits administration. The WFA team ensures consistent, effective, and compliant management of employee data, processes, and services throughout the employee lifecycle. We support employees, enable HR functions, and maintain global standards by overseeing data, processes, and outsourced HR administration.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Compliance and Data Integrity: Maintain and organize local employee files (physical and digital) to ensure accuracy and data privacy; prepare and submit required local HR government reports, support audits, and fulfill statutory requirements, including visits to government offices when required.
  • Oversee Employee Lifecycle and Vendor Relations: Take ownership of local termination cases as part of the global offboarding process, manage vendor relationships for assigned regions, and assist the outsourced HR partner in resolving routine and complex employee lifecycle events.
  • Administer Benefits and Support Operations: Support the administration of local benefits programs (enrollments, changes, terminations) and leave of absence recording; handle complex benefits queries and draft complex employment-related letters using HRIS and case management tools.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in an HR administrative, data entry, or similar support role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administrative processes, local HR regulations, and data privacy standards. Proficiency in G-Suite is required; experience with HRIS systems (Workday) and case management tools (ServiceNow) is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability in managing time effectively to handle routine tasks and complex inquiries with high attention to detail and discretion regarding confidential information.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and the Local Language(s) of the supported region.

What We Offer

  • Location: Remote capabilities (with requirements for occasional travel to government offices).
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Total Rewards to support your career and well-being.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Flexible work options to support worklife balance.
