Role Overview
The HR Supervisor will oversee core human resource operations, primarily managing recruitment and government-mandated benefits administration, while supporting employee engagement initiatives across the organization. The role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can partner closely with hiring managers to support manpower requirements across project-based and corporate roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient talent acquisition, compliance with statutory benefits administration, and strengthening employee relations across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for site-based and corporate positions. Coordinate closely with department heads on manpower planning requirements. Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels. Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments. Maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. Ensure timely coordination of onboarding for newly hired employees.
Government Benefits Administration (Primary Focus)
Oversee administration of mandatory government benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.. Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements. Coordinate employee enrollment, updates, and claims processing. Address employee inquiries regarding government contributions and benefits
Employee Engagement & Relations (Support Function)
Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and internal programs. Support company events, employee communications, and morale initiatives. Help promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Serve as a liaison between employees and management when needed.
