REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years HR experience in a supervisory or lead role, covering recruitment, learning & development and HR partnering.
  • Proven experience managing a team or directly overseeing HR Specialists.
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
  • Adaptable and forward-thinking, consistently staying current with emerging trends and evolving best practices.
  • Strategic in talent acquisition, skilled at identifying top candidates and building a robust talent pipeline.
  • Agile and quick to adapt to shifting priorities in talent acquisition and employee development.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and data analytics.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or ATS is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.

Here's what you'll be doing at work:

  • Supervise end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding to separation.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs based on agreed SLAs.
  • Enhance recruitment strategies such as employer branding, university partnerships, job fair participation, digital sourcing, and the like.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements, improve selection processes, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
  • Identify training needs using a competency-based framework, engage department heads and people leaders as necessary to validate learning priorities.
  • Develop the learning and development roadmap based on organizational needs and oversee program delivery, including timely implementation, coordination with internal/external trainers, and evaluation of program effectiveness.
  • Acts as administrator of the internal training suite application for HR-led training programs, coordinating with training POCs for required updates and ensuring employees record their self-paced training progress in the system.
  • Consolidate analytics and generates insights for decision-making.
  • Supervise assigned team and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance.
  • Act as an HR business partner for assigned departments, providing guidance on talent acquisition and training/learning and development.
  • Foster strong partnerships with leaders to enhance team performance, guide talent discussions, and ensure successful implementation of training and development.
  • Review HR reports including recruitment dashboards and analytics.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the HR Director or management.
