Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to oversee HR operations in a fast-paced manpower agency. The successful candidate will lead employee relations, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, labor compliance, and HR team supervision while ensuring excellent service to both employees and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily HR operations and HR staff.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and grievance handling.
  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Administer compensation and benefits, including statutory government benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower analytics, and compliance documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Recommend and implement HR process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 35 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in a manpower, staffing, or outsourcing company is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and compensation & benefits.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
