Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Supervisor to oversee HR operations in a fast-paced manpower agency. The successful candidate will lead employee relations, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, labor compliance, and HR team supervision while ensuring excellent service to both employees and clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HR operations and HR staff.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and grievance handling.
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Administer compensation and benefits, including statutory government benefits.
- Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower analytics, and compliance documentation.
- Build strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Recommend and implement HR process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in a manpower, staffing, or outsourcing company is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and compensation & benefits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
