KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Engagement
- Plan, organize, and oversee employee engagement programs, events, and activities (both onsite and virtual).
- Develop and implement monthly engagement activity plans.
- Create concept papers to outline activity objectives, scope, and execution.
- Manage budget planning and allocation for engagement initiatives.
- Source and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and venues as needed.
- Conceptualize and execute unique activities such as Escape Rooms, Mini Carnivals, and Outreach Programs.
- Lead and facilitate engagement events, ensuring employee participation and successful outcomes.
Communication & Promotion
- Create engaging announcements, posters, and email campaigns for upcoming activities.
- Ensure employees are well-informed and encouraged to participate.
- Work closely with HR, Admin, and other departments to align engagement activities with company goals.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, or partners for events when needed.
- Supervise committees or volunteers supporting engagement programs.
Leadership & Support
- Address employee concerns related to activities in a professional and timely manner.
- Encourage inclusivity, making sure both onsite and WFH employees are engaged.
- Supports the IR/ER specialist for any approval decision-making tasks.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & COMPLIANCE FOCUS
Employee Relations & Discipline
- Handle employee concerns and grievances in alignment with company policies.
- Issue Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), and other disciplinary correspondence based on the Code of Conduct.
- Facilitate and document administrative hearings, ensuring due process and fairness.
- Coordinate with department heads and managers regarding disciplinary cases and resolutions.
Legal & Compliance Coordination
- Liaise with company lawyers/legal counsel on labor cases, policy interpretation, and employee disputes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports, including DOLE Establishment Report System (ERS) filings.
Engagement / Training & Policy Implementation
- Conduct HR Toolbox sessions to cascade and reinforce the Code of Conduct to employees.
- Support the roll-out and reinforcement of company policies, Code of Conduct, and workplace standards.
- Assist in creating awareness campaigns on workplace ethics, compliance, and employee responsibilities.
- Work with HR leadership to balance engagement programs with strong compliance practices.
- Ensure fair treatment of employees while upholding organizational standards.
- Recommend improvements to policies and procedures based on case trends and compliance needs.
GLOBAL HR SUPPORT & ENGAGEMENT
Global Employee Engagement
- Provide strategic support to India and South Africa for employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in engagement planning, activity conceptualization, and execution
- Support budgeting preparation, cost estimates, and allocation
- Facilitate budget review and approval processes
- Ensure alignment of engagement activities with company goals and branding
- Guide implementation timelines and best practices
- Monitor execution progress and provide post-activity feedback and recommendations
Employee Communication & Obie Connect
- Managed and authored Obie Connect, the company's confidential feedback and suggestion platform, ensuring employee voices are heard.
- Review, track, and escalate concerns or suggestions submitted through Obie Connect to relevant stakeholders
