Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Supervisor located in Sta. Cruz, Zambales. The HR Supervisor will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and lead performance management processes. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with management to ensure effective employee engagement and compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management practices
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• 35 years HR experience (with supervisory background)
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law & employee relations
• Experience in recruitment, case handling, C&B, and HR compliance
• Background in mining, construction, or heavy industry is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in a mine site
