I. Job Summary
Oversees the implementation of HR Services, tools and platforms within the context of CHP policies and guidelines
II. Key Responsibilities
- Prepares purchase requisitions
- Administration of employees HMO cards, follow ups and facilitate claims and update of HMO enrollees.
- Process employees loan applications, cement purchase and bereavement assistance.
- Coordinate with HMO provider for the yearly schedule of Executive and Annual Physical check-up of employees
- Prepares purchase requisition of plant dispensary medicines and ensure on time delivery.
- Follow up of employee's loan applications at SSS and Pag-Ibig and schedule a once a month pick up of checks.
- Issuance of employees PhilHealth certificate of monthly contributions for hospitalization purpose.
III. Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related course
- At least 4-6 years experience in human resource or facility management
- Proficient in graphic design tools eg Canva
