Job Description

I. Job Summary

Oversees the implementation of HR Services, tools and platforms within the context of CHP policies and guidelines

II. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares purchase requisitions
  • Administration of employees HMO cards, follow ups and facilitate claims and update of HMO enrollees.
  • Process employees loan applications, cement purchase and bereavement assistance.
  • Coordinate with HMO provider for the yearly schedule of Executive and Annual Physical check-up of employees
  • Prepares purchase requisition of plant dispensary medicines and ensure on time delivery.
  • Follow up of employee's loan applications at SSS and Pag-Ibig and schedule a once a month pick up of checks.
  • Issuance of employees PhilHealth certificate of monthly contributions for hospitalization purpose.

III. Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related course
  • At least 4-6 years experience in human resource or facility management
  • Proficient in graphic design tools eg Canva
