Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor, located in Pasig. The role involves overseeing core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and the development and implementation of HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include supervising HR operations, managing staff performance, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The Human Resources Supervisor will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management to guide HR operations and ensure effective workforce administration.
• Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management to address staff concerns and drive team productivity and growth.
• Thorough understanding of HR Policies and labor laws to ensure compliance and proper implementation within the organization.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to supervise HR teams and support strategic company goals effectively.
• Experience in HRIS is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
