As our Human Resources Specialist, you'll own who comes in — and how they're set up to succeed. You'll build the hiring process, sharpen how we evaluate people, and grow into the person who runs the full people function as we scale toward ₱1 Billion.
What You'll Do
Phase 1 (Now)
- Own the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to onboarding
- Build and maintain hiring processes and candidate pipelines
- Handle HR admin: 201 files, contracts, government compliance, payroll support
Phase 2 (As we scale)
- Design and implement HR systems, policies, and an employee handbook
- Support performance management and team development
- Lead culture-building initiatives as the team reaches full strength
This Role Is For You If
- You think in systems — you don't just do the work, you build the process behind it
- You have 2–5 years of HR experience and you're already thinking beyond your current role
- You've handled both the hiring side and the admin side of HR
- You want real ownership — not a role that caps your ceiling
- You're ready to be the person who gets the right team in place
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years HR experience (recruitment + generalist exposure)
- Process-oriented — you document, systemize, and improve
- Familiar with Philippine labor law and statutory requirements
- Fully onsite
Bonus Points:
- Has built or improved a hiring process from scratch
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a fast-scaling business

- You prefer maintaining systems over building them
- You need a lot of direction before you can move
- You're looking for a purely administrative HR role
