Role: HR Specialist (Recruitment)

Location: Paranaque / BGC (starting February 2026)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3x onsite)

Contract: Initial 11 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Support end-to-end Recruitment and Onboarding activities for JNJ:
• Extend offer letter and hiring contracts for internal and external hires
• Initiate and monitor due diligence activities until cleared for hire
• Perform system onboarding activities
• Data entry/updating tools/systems such as but not limited to Taleo, Workday, Salesforce
• Communicate updates to candidates, recruiters and/or hiring managers

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Prior knowledge and experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Working knowledge of Taleo, Workday and Salesforce, is desired
• Ability to communicate with different stakeholders
