Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Central Luzon, Philippines. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing personnel, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements. The role involves collaborating with teams to develop and maintain efficient HR management practices while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources, HR Policies, and HR Management
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in an HR role; familiarity with employment law and regulations is a plus
