We're looking for a Human Resource Specialist who doesn't wait for engagement problems to appear. You anticipate them. You solve them. You build systems that make people feel valued, heard, and inspired to do their best work.

This role does NOT involve RECRUITMENT.

Not a FIT if your experience/skills focuses on talent acquisition and/or recruitment.

What You'll Do

Keep HR operations running smoothly manage employee records, contracts, and government-mandated benefits.

Ensure compliance stay on top of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.

Support payroll and attendance assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.

Create great onboarding experiences guide new hires and help them feel welcome from day one.

Support performance management assist with evaluations, employee feedback, and tracking performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Drive employee engagement help organize training sessions and initiatives that keep our team motivated.

Be the go-to HR partner support employees with HR-related questions and concerns.

Handle compliance and documentation oversee independent contractor processes and manage BIR transactions.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in BPO, tech, or telecom environments
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll processes, and contractor setups
• Experience handling BIR transactions and government compliance
• Exposure to U.S. clients or U.S. HR practices is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized, proactive, and professional, with the ability to collaborate with a remote leadership team in the U.S.
