This role oversees the end-to-end execution of HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. It drives process standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement while managing the shared services team and collaborating with HR and business leaders to enhance service quality and overall employee experience.
